To get started with Enpulse, simply request a quote or demo via the official Enpulse website or email the team at info@gep.energy. The Enpulse team will guide you through the installation process, recommend the right configuration for your home or facility, and help you start monitoring your energy in no time.

Installation – Enpulse smart meter with current and voltage sensors is installed in your main electrical cabinet (3-phase systems require three sets of each sensor).
Data Processing – The device captures high-resolution data, which is then transmitted to the cloud where advanced AI algorithms analyze it to produce actionable insights.
User Interface – You access this information through the Enpulse app, available on PC, smartphones, and TV dashboards.

Enpulse smart meter is necessary if you want to use the full feature set of the Enpulse app, but the app can still work without it if you have a PV plant or connection power higher than 20 kW.

Yes. To deliver powerful, personalized energy insights, the Enpulse app and smart meter need to be connected to your home Wi-Fi. Enpulse’s Wi-Fi setup is similar to other IoT devices – just ensure you have a modern router and a strong signal between it and your smart meter.

Yes. If your EV charger is on the same electrical system and connected to Wi-Fi, Enpulse will detect its consumption. This lets you see how much charging contributes to your overall energy use and costs.

Yes. If your battery system is integrated into your home’s main electrical setup and connected to Wi-Fi, Enpulse can monitor how much energy you’re storing and using, giving you a full picture of your energy flow.

There is no specific app for mobile devices, but the app adapts to the resolution of the mobile device. If you want to have Enpulse as an application on your mobile phone, you can click on Settings – “Add to home screen” or “Add to home screen” in your browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) while at enpulse.gep.energy“. After that, you will see the Enpulse symbol on the home screen of your mobile device.

If you have not opened the app at least once in the last 7 days, for your safety and the security of your data, you will be automatically logged out. If you think that 7 days is too little and if you would like a longer period of inactivity without automatic logout, contact us at info@gep.energy.
