These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Enpulse platform, products, and services, including hardware, software, applications, and any future modules (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Enpulse Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Hardware Ownership & Responsibilities

When you purchase Enpulse hardware, ownership transfers to you upon delivery and full payment.

The Enpulse software and applications are licensed, not sold. By using the software, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

7. Consumer Rights & Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of delivery (hardware) or activation (software subscription), without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us at legal@gep.energy before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds will be processed according to EU and Croatian consumer protection laws.

If you have begun using the software during the cooling-off period, you may owe a proportionate fee for the period used.

8. Warranty

Enpulse hardware comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Energy Pal d.o.o. shall not be liable for:

Green Energy Pal d.o.o. may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or if continued access poses security, legal, or operational risk.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under Croatian law.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the Commercial Court in Zagreb, Croatia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes.

We will notify you by email and via a notice on our website before changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
